"For so many people, losing weight is a constant struggle. They seem to yo-yo diet throughout their lives, and often end up gaining weight. This should not be the case. The methods and techniques being used are obviously the wrong ones!"

Here at Prism hypnotherapy Carlow, different techniques are used.

Over the years, there have been millions of dieters all around the world, and most of them have been fairly miserable when they are giving up all the food that they like, and replacing it with "rabbit food" !
